Below is listed fixes for common issues. Please read the list to see if your issues may already have fixes

Last year's logins are no longer valid. Please refer to your information packet from the MCoOL office with your current username and password. Passwords are CASE SENSITIVE.
example: John Doe's account may be jdoe5 with the password of Super43duper <- note the capital S

If you are having issues with the discussion board, please go to HTTP://www.java.com and update your java
Additionally, go to HTTP://www.adobe.com/shockwave/welcome and update your Shockwave and Flash players.

Viruses???
Can't get on the internet? If your system is running Windows XP, do the following:
Download this file from a working computer to a USB flash drive
http://wm.mcool.org:5501/virus/tools.zip
extract the files
boot the infected computer in <<SAFE MODE>> ( F8 after the HP or manufacturer logo disappears and select safe mode)
Run mbam-setup.exe, follow the prompts, exit the program
Run mbam-rules.exe, follow the prompts, exit the installer (updates the installation database)
start- all programs- malwarebytes antimalware - do full scan, then repair the items found.. the PC reboots.....
run combofix.exe <<<FOLLOW ALL THE PROMPTS>>> read.. and do what it says.. If you don't, it can corrupt your PC. BE PATIENT.
pc reboots again after combofix... if the internet STILL doesn't work, run winsockxpfix (again, PC reboots)
